diet to lose fat

Hi guys am looking for some advice regarding my diet i am currently weighing 16st 7 around 18% body fat and want to get it down to 10% i am muscular but cant see it due to my wobbly bits this is my current diet i started a week ago

oats 50g milk 150 ml semi skimmed

omelette 4 eggs 3 yolk 1 white

200g chicken breast

150 g brown rice

2x protein shake with water

10g almonds

grean tea exctract tablet

around 1800 calories

also i am fasting with a eating window 12 to 8

any advice would be appreciated thanks

The best diet is a diet you can STICK WITH.

either low carb or calorie-restricted. Your choice. It really does'nt make much a difference what you eat, as long as the caloric intake doesn't go over your limit.

You can get fat with anything if you eat it too much. Looks good but don't forget regular cardio and exercise!
 
I thought you need very high protein and keep calories up to a certain point to maintain muscle while losing fat.

So you weigh like 225. Eating 1800 cals per day, you will drop weight right quick. I actually dropped from 230 down to 205ish currently eating around 1800-2000 cals per day, around 230g of protein and didn't lose any strength. See how it goes, if you start losing strength super fast, up the cals to 2200 or so and see what happens, keep protein as high as possible. Sounds like you are doing an intermittent fasting diet, correct? That's what I'm doing as well. Worked for me. I should also mention I cheat my ass off on the weekends :)
