Has anyone ever heard of the diet suppliment Xenomine? My wife ordered a bottle and I think she got ripped off. Just curious if anyone has any info. Thanks.

Here is what their web-site says about the pill "A Safe Fat-Burning
Supplement That Dramatically Increases Daytime
Thermogenesis Without The Side Effects Of Ephedra." It's looking like an appitite supresor. The label on the bottle looks cheap and apparently this is from "Doberman Dan's Body Building Suppliments". I think my wife got hosed. I hope she didn't spend a lot of money!

she probably did........most fat loss supplements don't do shit unless their is enough caffeine, ephedra, egcg, yohimbine, or sypherine..............even with that.....they work only for a month and while being on a fat loss diet

When I take supps, The ones I use mainly are from here. Ive go as far as having my docs ok some for use since I am a cancer survivor and like to know what goes into my body and that the ingredients aren't crap.

The best way to lose fat is adjust the diet, then training/cardio, then supplements... in that order.
