Okay, I have been doing research on diets cause I have decided to lose as much BF as possible before starting my cycle. That way it can be a bulking cycle instead of a cutting cycle. I wanna know if anybody has tried MR. X's CKD diet and if so what were your results. I see from the searches that I have done some people have a bad opinion of this diet. I saw that Fonz definitely thought that it was contradictory, so you guys speak up and help me out. CKD: good or bad???
 
this has worked for me every summer;

meal 1: 1 serving oatmeal, 6 egg whites

meal 2: 1 serving vegis, 25-35 gram protein shake w/ water

meal 3: 1 serving rice, 1-1.5 chicken breast

meal 4: 1 serving vegis 25-35 g protein shake w/ water

meal 5: 1 serving baked potatoe, 1-1.5 chicken breast

meal 6: 1 can dry tuna, 1 serving vegis

meal 7: protein shake

take lots of fat burners and eat no sugar. im only 175 lbs ripped tough so if you are bigger your servings may need to start out a little latrger mand work their way down. drink lots of water to kill hunger pangs and you should look good before tool long!

Yeah...dont be afraid to eat carbs man....Many people here will tell u to avoid carbs like the plague!! But the thing is....CKD dont work for everyone...it didnt work for me at all . I tried it for several months and i never lost jack on it. When i asked MR X wat was wrong with the way i was doing the diet, he simply said that it dont work for evryone...plain and simple. Thats why i cant stand...(i repeat) CANT STAND...when ever a bro goes on this board and asks for a diet to cut and right away everyone tells him or her to drop carbs to below 40 a day!!Man get a clue bros...this isnt the only way to drop Fat!!! and u just confuse newbies with this kind of attitude. Anyways i began doing the 40-30-20 (protein,carbs,fat) kind of diet and i have been loosing pretty much 2 pds evryweek. So try different stuff out bro...but dont feel obligated to just go the low carb route. CHEERS!
