Diet Problem..please help

hey...im trying to diet, but i have a job where it is crucial that i take in calories and dont feel fatigued from lack of carbs and calories. im still pretty lean, but i notice that i need to take in massive amounts of carbs every now and then to keep my energy levels up. anyone have any ideas? i would really appreciate it.
 
Would you be able to give a synopsis of your normal day including work and why you need to keep your carbs up at varying times? It might help us to understand to give some decent advice on what and when for meals.
 
yea, absolutely provide more information..

but if you have a job that requires a lot of physical activity you definitely need to increase calorie intake as your body still needs a healthy amount to avoid catabolism..
