Would the experts (you know who you are) just give a quick look to this and tell me if I'm way off based on my stats/goals?

I am trying to cut, and have currently plateaued for the past 2 months. During this time consuming about 2100-2200 cals/day 50/25/25. I am 6'1'', 219 lbs, about 17% BF. So I am thinking of bumping up to 2600 per day and going 50/30/20 just on a whim. Will look like this:

7:30AM
Oats - 1/2 cup
Egg Whites - 16 oz.
10:00AM
Tuna - 1 can
ANPB - 2 TBSP
12:00PM
Sweet Potato - medium
95% grnd beef - 4 oz.
2:00PM
Protein Shake
Almonds (raw)
4:00PM
Baked Potato - medium
Tuna - 1 can
7:00PM PWO
Protein Shake
Dextrose - 2 oz.
Flax - 1 TBSP
8:00PM
Chicken Breast - 4 oz
Rice (LGBR) - 1/2 c.
10:00PM
1/2 Whey shake
1/2 Casein shake
Skim Milk - 1 c.

Times like this where I love having great genetics. I l can cut while eating hot fudge sundae poptarts and drinking soda. Enough bragging though.....

Your diet is pretty solid. Only two things I notice is rice at 8pm is taboo to some and that I'd replace the beef with any other lean meat. And that is nitpicking.

So I have to imagine that you arn't doing much aerobic training. Get out to a local park during the day time and do HIIT if you arn't already.

Yeah the beef was added in just for an effort to get away from chicken and tuna. I may alternate it with ground turkey.

I currently do HIIT 2x/week and steady state 2x/week (5k run)

First off, HIIT is ALWAYS better then steady at burning calories.

Second, if you are plateau'd and your diet is as clean as it is then the first thing you should look to is exercise. I run HIIT/play football or basketball/run routes/do any sort of sprinting up to 7x a week.

The diet I posted is actually what I have planned to do. What I am doing now is similar in foods but is only 2200 calories/day, so I am pretty sure the plateau is due to not enough cals. I'm hitting it hard on the 2x/week HIIT, as well as the 3x/week 5x5. The 2x steady state is really just personal enjoyment more than for anything else.

Depending on your body type I would be doing cardio (yes hiit is great) 4-6x ew if you are an extreme endo

I also recommend 5x2 workout splits since youre trying to get toned in conjunction with the cardio I think you will have superb success.
