Recently started sl 5x5 with the 8 simple nutritional tips eat protien fats fruit veg every meal except post work out so been doing that as best as i can but veg doesnt seem to fill me up at all , how many carbs could i eat during the day or could i not due to it been high protein high fat diet body is in deflict i should be eating around 3000ks a day but dnt seem to be reaching that , at around 15% bodyfat now sups i have are need2slin not started this yet due to want diet spot on first and omega 369 caps at 3aday and diet whey shake with almond milk twice a day
