sup fellas...

I am 5' 8", 185lbs., 18-20% bf. I am planning on starting a 6 week cycle of primo alone ( 3 weeks @ 150mg/wk, 3 @ 200mg/wk) and also doin clen 1 wk on/ 1 wk off throughout the cycle(100-120mcg). Planning on a low-carb/high protein/moderate fat diet to accompany. I do 30 min cardio sessions mon-fri @ 5:30 am and then lift in the evening around 7:30pm. Can i expect a good amount of fat loss or would i be better off trying something else?

Really im just looking to see if anyone has any good ideas for a diet plan to follow...ive been told i need to up the calories...but im not 100% sure

here it is...
run:
30 mins mon-fri morning
lift:
mon-bi's and chest
tues- back and traps
wed- legs
thurs- shoulders and tri's
fri- light full body work out

Sat & Sun - no run; some pushups and situps.

Diet: after running:
protein shake w/ banana and 2tbsp olive oil & 1 tbsp milled flax seeds
noon- can of tuna
mid afternoon- chicken breast w/ some cheese

---WORKOUT----
glutamine w/ 1 tbsp flax seeds

around 9pm garden salad w/ 1 tbsp olive oil

ive been crunching some numbers and came up with this....

ideal: 3-4 lb fat loss/week = 1300 cals/day (as opposed to the 2960cal/day needed to maintain my weight)

160g protein = 640 cals
65g Fat = 585 cals
20g carbs = 80 cals

thats 1305 calories. what u guys think?
