bro if your dieting you don't have to take in that low of carbs I bodybuild and my diet just changed to 160 carbs every day...my carbs come from per day...1 banana, 1/2 cantelope, 1 grapefruit, and one cup of rice.the rest just veggies, try adding in some early morning carbs for more energy, remember to carbs after 6pm...but what I take post work out is made by twin lab called Amino Fuel has 11 carbs good for recovery take 3 tbsp before workout and 3 tbsp after...my 2 cents
