I am 5'11" 185 about 14-16% bf. I lift 5 days a week and do cardio about 4 days a week for 30mins low intensity.
My diet looks like this

morning cardio
7:00 a.m
50g. Protein shake
1 piece of whole wheat bread
10:00
Protein shake or protein bar
12:00
Chicken sandwhich on whole wheat bread
lots of chicken roughly 40 g. of protein worth.
2:00
workout
3:30
Postworkout: Protein shake
5:30
Dinner always differs usually meat w/ a simple carb, occasionally I take in more carb than protein at dinner.

25-30g. protein shake
I still have some fat around my gut I would like to loose. I am doing the cardio in hopes of loosing that and hoping to still gain muscle. I know this isn't really possible. Can anyone give some advice on my diet, maybe alter it more toward cutting or bulking. I am not really sure in what direction to go, I do not want to loose muslce mass though. Someone please help, thanks bro's
