Diet for building serious mass help

im 40 years old, 5'9" 180 lbs, with a bf of 9%. I'm looking to get to about 200 or maybe even 210 if my diet is laser focused.

ive been reading a lot about macronutrient ratios and meal ratios like pro/carb for meals 1, 3, PWO, and PPWO, and pro/fat for the others as an example.my question is, what should the exact ratios look like for those individual meals? its incredibly hard to find the answer to this online so im asking it here.

my calorie goal is about 3400/day. I lift heavy 4 days a week at 3pm. so my meals would be at 6am, 9am, 12pm, preWO (2:30pm), PWO (around 4ish), PPWO (5:30pm), and 8pm

how should each meal be proportioned (p/c/f)?
