I'm on a diet right now and I quit the junk food...But the problem is I still drink coke(diet) everyday...I heard that if u are tryin to burn fat,diet coke makes it harder...Is that true? No sugar means no problem right?
citric acid can be used to power metabolic cycles (Kreb's, FA synthesis, cholesterol, even make ketones). I really don't know if there is alot of CA. When I've done low carb diets w/ ketosis, the CA seemed to make me hold onto fat and water a little longer. Diet Dr. Pepper Is the only soda I know w/no CA, I drink it occasionaly and hasn't had the same effect as Coke.
