Does anybody know of a way that makes eating and keeping up with it easier? I know I'm lazy when it comes to eating and I try not to be. There used to be a web site that you payed a fee to and gave them your stats and a list of foods that you like and they came up with a diet plan for you and told you what to eat and when. I have read several books and It's still hard to get really complex. Anybody know of something easier or a book that actually helps? I guess it's easier as you go along and gain more experience, I just don't want to waste anything. Thanks

ediets.com. You can choose from sevral diets (eg. weight watchers, atkins...ect.) They charge $5 a month and give you a weekly meal plan.

PS. This should be in the diet discussion board. Hope this helps.

u could get a free consultation from beverly at bodybuildingworld.com The eating plan includes his supps so u would have to pick some of his stuff up to get the exact numbers. either way its a good starting point

what works for me is just eat lots of lean meats that you like, and more importantly try to make new recipes or spice it up, you will be suprised on how good you can make tuna taste. As far as appetite you could try smoking bud or eating it to increase hunger. Milk is another easy thing, you can drink eggs, make a monster protein shake or anything the sky is the limit
