Diet and College.. HELP!

help, please

I am 6'0 and weigh 260 with about 24% BF.
Since I am no longer playing football I really don't need all this extra weight. I lift 5 days a week and run every day. But I am now at school and its hard to stay in good eating habits. Also eating what I need during this 12week cutting cycle.

So I started to take Xenadrine and run every day. Plus higher reps, at least 8 hours of sleep at night. Also I am eating about 150-200g of protein and about 80g of carbs. With about 20gs of fat.
This consists of:

normal day:
1-2 cans of tuna 40-70g protein
egg whites 20-30g protein
myoplex protein shake 42g protein, 25g carbs
MET-Rx protein bars 34g protein 13g carbs
lean Turkey sandwich 20-30g protein 30+g carbs
nuts 10+g protein
salad nothing
jerky 10g protein, 5g carbs

What should I do for more improvement in my diet, and in my way of living. In this college type environment.

Please help me out with any suggestions and/or changes..

I would suggest that you eat 300grms protein, from chicken, egg whites, tuna, and turkey...eat 150gms of carbs per day, consisting of oatmeal, sweat potatoes, brown rice, wheat bread, etc...fats get from small amounts of nuts, peanut butter, etc...
protein 300grms 1200cals
carbs 150grms 600cals
fats 50grms 450cals
total 2250cals
**Drink lots of water, like 1 1/2 gallons a day!! at your weight!!**
try this for awhile, train two days on two days off, and do empty stomach cardio in the morning before breakfast, five to six meals a day, stop eating carbs at 6:00pm...oh the best thing you cna do, stop drininking on the weekends!!;)

best of luck!!

on campus??

First off, sounds like you have the general *foods* down that you want to stick with... Nuts however are not going to help you on a daily basis, and if you eat them addictively like most do, try to stay away.. too easy to eat too many.

I am a college student as well, and a main dictation to how well you can diet, is if you are restricted to mainly cafeteria dining... If you are... There are ways to get what you need to eat cleaner. If you make a big enough fuss about their lack of low-fat protein options, and healthy carbs, they are required (not private schools) to provide a meal that meets your dietary requierments. At my school, you cannot find a single PLAIN grilled chicken breast or a PLAIN baked potato if your life depended on it, so every day, the cooks made me boiled chicken, hard boiled eggs and baked potatoes. The oatmeal for breakfast even had shit added to it, to fatten the kids up. I couldn't take the hassle any longer, so I moved the **** off campus to take care of myself.

Always stay focused, and do your best to NEVER allow any outside influence to corrupt your eating, training, and determination. It is too easy to slip while at college, so if you never do, nobody can touch you... Sounds a little extreme, but when all of your buddies binge drink three days of the week, all you have left is your focus on your goals... In the end, you will lose that girth, and your buddies will be headed for the 12 steps..

Hang in there... and good luck!
