diet and cardio advice please!!

I understand that it would be logical to drastically lower my calories, and as sad as it is, I know exactly how many calories goes into my mouth because of a past eating disorder. However, at 1300-1400 calories, I would feel at my activity level, as well as age, will put me in starvation mode, and plus, I would not be able to workout as efficiently, and not to mention my studies will doubtlessly suffer.
I've read somewhere that teenage girls should intake about 2200 calories a day, and I've cut down quite some from that. Should I really cut my caloric intake that much for results? I am cardio-ing 2x a day, and I would rather run my ass off than sit and starve.

If you are getting good result with the current setup (more fat than lbm lost), then don't change it until you plateau.

Double cardio on a daily basis might not be the best of ideas for the start of a program, that is also that should be left for later: I started with single cardio 6x/week during 6.5 months and only now I am switching to double cardio 3x/week and normal cardio the other 3 days (cardio 9 times a week is already a lot).

Your activity level is way high, so the minimum you could go is 1500 cals on your low days (you say you are carb-cycling) and some 2200 on your carb-up days.

So here is my new plan - Thank you for all your input! You guys are wonderful.

Btw, I've decided to make my diet as clean as possible, because eating better really does make me feel better and more energized. I'm going to cut out the sandwich, also my bowl of Kashi Crunch on hi-carb days and eat just oatmeal (which I love, so no problem), because cereal and me = get out of hand.

Cardio (AM, empty stomach), 45 mins. 7x/wk.

Weight training (PM, 2 hrs after meal), 40 mins. 5x/wk

Diet:

No carb days - M, T, Th, F (40 g max) 1600 cals
Hi carb days - W, Sa (200 g or so) 2000 cals
Lower carb / no carb days (~100 g carbs) - Sun 1700 cals

I'm so dedicated now and I know that I can do it. Does the plan sound ok? I'm just so frustrated that after SO LONG, and putting in so much energy and effort that I'm still stuck, and that each time I look in the mirror I still hate myself. Thanks. =)

PS. There is a brand of cheese called SMART BALANCE, and it boasts that it "replaces milkfat with skim milk and national vegetable oil blend."

It stands at:
Fat: 2g, Sat/Poly/Mono 0.5 g each
Carb: 2g
Protein: 4g

I usually eat 2 slices a day, is this ok?
