Hey: Just some general questions.
I have been on a high protein high dietary fat Mon-Fri then high glycemic carbs Sat/Sun.
I just finsihed a cutting cycle got great vascularity and hard muscles on primo/para 300mg each/week.
Now i know I should clean out my system. But am HIV+ and Dr has given me androgel and i have 2 10ml bottles of Deca 100. Should I just keep going or take the break. I am very religious about my workouts.
BAck to diet. Was thinking of bulking up. For my diet should I just go abck to high protein minmal carbs and cut the high dietary fat? I really have maintained waist size at 35 and don't want to go above that.
I eat well it's just the diet and nutrition and amounts of carbs/protein/fat always confuses me
My arms went from 16.5 to 17.5 and they are HARD.
Just some advice please!
