hi guys/gals i first wanted to say i went through as many posts as i can trying to answer some of my own questions so i dont re ask the same question 100 times in this forums. but i been working out for about 2 years now and i never really understood the diet issue of how many calories i need a day how much protein and so forth. I have always been trying to bulk up so all i did was just eat alot i didnt know if the food was good or bad for me.
Can anybody here steer me in the right direction of how much calories i need a day and protein i signed up at fitday.com but i just need to know the basics of things.
