This is my point what Im doing right now is working, not that Im saying nothing else could work better BUT Its real hard to get a middle path. When you read some of the threads you think you have found the diet/workout routine for you, then you read on and someone knocks it out the sky.
Am still all ear's but Im taken everything one step at a time. I think the best thing I have heard so far that makes sence is to start liffting Heavy and not light with high reps.
OHHHH YEAH BUNNY and to add some VEGGIES !
