Diet advice

I have lost 17lb in 9 weeks and just over two inches of my waist on this diet with one cheat meal on weekends. I train 6 days weights with sunday 45min Cardio. I need to know if or what I should change.

Im now 17 stone 6 pound 26%bf looking to come under 20% bf



6.30 40g whey with table spoon Lecithin and ECA stack.

8.30 2 cans of tuna belended in 400ml of water

9.00 Workout light weights, High reps 12/15 4 set of everything sometimes one heavly set. Followed by 15min tread mill

10.15 60g whey with 30g Detorex, 2 non salted rice cakes one Banana.

12.30 half a pack of kippers with 6 eggs one yoke in one wholemeal pitta bread ECA stack.

3.00 Can of tuna with 1 scoop of whey.

5.00 chicken breast or the other half of the kippers, one banana, ECA stack.

7.00 Mixed grill chicken tikka and lamb, george foreman style with one nan.

9.30 Can of tuna blended in 300ml of water.

11.00 40g whey with table spoon lecithin

Im also on winny shots at 50ml EOD and I have done two weeks on Clen, Im now ECA and start Clen again monday for two weeks.
I drink no less than 3 litres of water !

I'd add some veggies, out the rice cakes, bananas and bread and check my whey brand for hidden sugar.

Otherwise ... damn clean.
 
how many total calories are you eating each day? also, i wouldnt do light weights and high reps. when you are trying to cut or lose weight, you want to preserve muscle. by lifting heavier weights, you'll be able to keep more muscle while cutting.

Ok I was thinking to add some veggies as for the rice cakes I read that they are a good fast acting carb snd good for after workouts.

Bananas I thought were a good sourtce of carb and had good fats as well, I stand to be corrected.

Hi kippers are a fish that is very high in omega's and, what the hell is
casein ???

why are you taking the whey at 11 pm? might be better off getting some casein. also you seem to be getting ungodly amounts of protein. And I really see virtually no sources of fats and very little sources of carbs. As was said before you might wanna get some more vegetables and foods high in fiber (insoluble preferably). oh and what the heck are kippers and what does 17 stone 6 pounds mean in lbs?

casein is found in alot of dairty products like milk, cottage cheese, etc. Whey is fast abosrbing protein (which is why you take it right after working out) and casein is a low absorbing protein--which is ideal for taking while you sleep. They got casein supps or you can just have some milk before bed...perferablly skim


Ok what about a solid protein source like chicken or tuna ?

17 stone = 238 pounds + 6 lbs = 244 lbs

10.15 60g whey with 30g Detorex, 2 non salted rice cakes one Banana. This is Post Workout, IMO, there is nothing wrong with a banana ... I have no real opinion on why rice cakes would or would not be good here. What kind are you eating? Macros?

12.30 half a pack of kippers with 6 eggs one yoke in one wholemeal pitta bread ECA stack. for a carb, I would add a better source; brown rice, sweet tater, oatmeal, Maybe simply a small granny smith apple or green veggie ... OR you can add fat source, I don't see much of those; raw almonds, walnuts, etc

3.00 Can of tuna with 1 scoop of whey. Maybe add a green veggie or healthy Fat Source

I would suggest increasing your water intake as well. I drink 2 gallons a day easy, I would at least bump up to 4-5 L.

Some POSSIBLE Suggestions in blue, Add veggies somewhere... green ones, broc, green beans, spinach , etc. & Healthy Fats too.

Take the time to count your cals, use a free counter to give you the basic macros to tweak from there ... www.fitday.com

IMO, real/whole food always trumps supplemental nutrition ... it's just not always possible for some ...I would suggest a Protein + Fat

I'm sure others will disagree, but the best thing you can do is take from the opinions & try it out... only then will you know what works best for 'YOU' .... . Good Luck ;)
