Start by dumping atkins in favor of C/Tkd. If you plan on training atkins is horrid.

(P.S. just so you dont think I'm randomly trashing atkins, I've done it, yes it's good for quick weight loss but if your not going to train while dieting, which you cant on a straight keto diet then you'll be very disappointed when half of the loss is muscle)
