Bang Bang is cheesy, shiny, cheap-ass shit for 90% of the 'shit' that they sell. I ahve bought one or two things there 'for fun' ($20 - $25 shirt or something). Zara is cool and different. H&M is also cool, but much of their stuff (pants-wise) are cut for the slender European build. I cannot wear any of their pants period.
A/X is cool. They still have great pants (I cannot fit 75% of their poant though either) even thought they've fallen down in other areas the last two years or so. Labels have ALWAYS been out in my book. Unless you are wearing College/Pro sweats to the gym or wearing a Tommy or A/X tank top bummin' around, labels are a joke. Ooohhhh A/X with the big, fat 12" sqaure label on the t-shirt! Like anyone can afford a $35 - $40 t-shirt. A/X still has cool shit; you just have to be super selective. I think that out of their last three collections I only got two shirts and two pairs of pants. DKNY anymore is getting like A/X; real hard to find cool, different stuff. Franch Connection has some, nice simple stuff too lately.
Deisel is Abercrombie with a little more/different style and it's three times the price. FYI - if you are thinking that you are sporting Italian by wearing Diesel then you are sadly mistaken. Diesel makes, sells and markets a COMPLETELY different line of clothes the US market then they do for Europe. Last year while I was in Italy, bowling style shoes were worn by everyone while hardly anyone back here wore them.
