Here's a typical day for my keto diet bro

7am - proten shake with peanut butter + crushed Almonds

9am Chicken breast

11am 150g Cooked beef

1am Tuna salad (olive oil)

2.30am 100g Nuts

4am Chiocken Breast

5.30am Protein shake

TRAIN

7.30pm Proten shake with PB+ almonds (sometimes 10g Oatmeal if im feeling depleted)

8pm Chicken Salad

9.30pm 100g nuts

11pm Proten shake with crushed almonds

Off-season was 225 in that pic was 192 and 6 feet tall. I did was not as big as I wanted to be because I really didn't get a chance to bulk. I was overseas for work for two months and didn't touch a weight and then when I got back I had to start dieting so I plan to look much better next go around.
 
I changed this a bit, I went to 3 days low carbs one day high, but this was the diet I started with. The numbers are messed up cause I copied and pasted it but you can see what each meal consisted of. On low carb days the only carb I had was broccoli and on high carb days I replaced the broccoli with yams. So less than 100 carbs on low days, most coming after I work out and on high days it was about 150-200. And myu protein moved up to over 300g.

I posted a diet in the tread but it is not my 3 days low 1 day high carb diet. I am at work and it is at home. Plus it is in excel. So if you can send me your email address I will send you the attachment. This diet will get you ripped, I guarentee it. It is exactly what I did for my show. I might not be able to get back to you till monday cause I am leaving town but I will. Take care.

Hey guys, I have used Tren many times and I have to admit that I have never felt it kick in and drop off over hours of time. Tren should not do that, even tren ace. Maybe several days or a week or more one might notice it but it shouldn't matter when you shoot it, pre workout, post workout, moring, night. Slin, now that is a different story. Its all in your heads about the tren. I have never witnessed this nor heard of it.
