a metamorphasis is occuring.my body is changing so fast.ive actually put on 2 more lbs. and leaner.new veins everyday.and i was pretty lean already.ill be completely "nasty" in 7 1/2 weeks.cant wait.

i was 193lb.today.if you go back to my first few post i said i would be a middle wt.(176 1/4) aint gonna happen.im about 5'9 little tall for the weight.if i can just keep my legs from shrinking.im squating record lifts now.yes i do 30 min cardio ed.going up to 1 hour next week.i want to look pure sick!remember im an old guy too.LOL
