LS, I'm a "clean" bulker. You know, one of those powerlifters with a good diet (we exist). ;)

Nope, not any stronger, just slow as F**k because I'm heavier.
 
LS: I admit, I LOVE Sonic Cheddar Peppers. They are the BEST! They are pre-squat cheat food on the occassional ME squat day.
 
Ultimate bulking food: Chipotle's Burrito

Tortilla
Rice
Beans
Corn salsa
Cheese
Chicken, steak, pork or beef
Guacamole
Sour Cream

Sour cream is the only thing in there that really has little benefit, look at all the good carb/protein sources in there. It even has healthy fats (avocado).

Here is the best part: When they get to the meat, after they put it on just be like, "come on man I know you can do better" or something like that and they'll load that fucker up. We're talking at least a pound. I'm getting hungry just thinking about it.

Ultimate bulking food is Iced Tea. 90 cals per cup, and it goes down like water so it won't fill you up.
 
Spatts, I'm bulking on beer, cookies, burritos, and pretty much anything else I want. Don't knock dirty food. It tastes good.
 
what are the calories comprised of? I guarantee you it's not delicious cilantro lime rice and pork braised until it's fall-off-the-bone tender. !MIS BURRITOS SON EL COGER IMPRESIONANTE!
