As bonacris said, 3 meals just doesn't cut it.
Learn to eat like a man and you WILL put on weight.

Most people are actually surprised when they calculate calories how much good food it takes to add up to 3,500-4,000 calories.

You can easily research weight/muscle gaining diets on the internet. One basic rule is to get 3 grams of protein per kilo of body weight every day. That puts you in the neighborhood of 192 grams of protein, which is about 6 - 6 ounce servings of chicken meat or fish every day. The exact amount of carbs will vary depending on weather you plan to lean bulk or not, but this basic approach should get you started. AAS can enhance the bodys ability to gain size, but they will not put on size by themselves.
