Hi, im 26 male train about 1.5hrs-2hrs a day 5 times a week gym and running, My body mass is small, I only weigh 62kg and i know im under weight, i take weight gainer, vitamins and fish oil everyday.. My muscles stays the same they never grow, somtimes i eat healty and somtimes i eat junk food, i have high metabolism so my body keeps the same mass, I have a bit of muscle defenitions/cuts especially abs, ive decided to buy the dinabols 10mg, i was told to take 1 in the morning and 1 evening after healty meals.. Will this help me to gain some muscles? All i want is a bigger biceps and chest, want to gain some muscle mass.. Will they help? And any cautions/dangers?? Thx alot!!
