Why do people use Nizoral to prevent hairloss and block dht? Isn't it a dandruff shampoo?

Nizoral contains a drug of only 1% that in theory helps block Dht when its used as a topical cant spell the name without looking at it but its on the bottle starts woth a "K"

its ketocozanole. as far as i know its an anti-fungal not an anti-DHT. someone correct me if i am wrong. spiro and azelaic acid are anti-DHT topicals. but nizoral works for some reason in the keeping of hair, as an anti-fungal.

its an anti-fungal(orally its given fgor treatment of ringworm) but will lower dht in the scalp...at least form what I have read.

spironolactone cream 5% or lotion 2%
minoxidil/Azelaic Acid 5% topical

both can be had domestic. i'm not posting the site, probably illegal even though its hair stuff.
