dextrose or honey?

which one of this two is the safest to replace regular sugar?
Looking to get ripped and make a complete change in my life and diet.

Neither are good options.

Dextrose is pure glucose. It actually has a higher glycemic rating the regular table sugar. It will cause an even greater blood sugar and insulin spike then table sugar will.

Honey is pretty much the same thing as table sugar. It's a natural form of sucrose, yes, but the calories of honey and table sugar are pretty much identical.

The best choice would be to use a calorie free natural sweetener like stevia. Stevia contains no calories per serving. You can sweeten your beverages with no increase in calories.

Honey and glucose on the other hand have 64 calories per tablespoon.

Depends on your goals. If you want to have something intraworkout, I would use dextrose. If something in your coffee/tea - then honey.

If you are dieting - neither

None of them is a healthy option really, especially if you are trying to lose some weight. Besides, none of them has any essential nutrients, so you can perfectly live without them, and not lose anything. Personally, I would not use neither.
