Desperate For Peoples Opinions

Alright guy's tommorow I start my cycle and am trying finalize and get everything all set and ready to go. Since this is just the training section of the board I won't get into diet and gear, but I could use your opinions on my splits and exercises. Here is what I have planned for the first 4 weeks:

Day1-Chest+Front Delts
Day2-Back+Side+Rear Delts
Day3-Legs
Day4-Bi's+Tri's
Day5-OFF
Day6-Repeat Day1

I usually do Chest/Tri's Back/Bi's, but I figured with the help of the gear this would work better for arm development. Here are the exercises that I plan on doing:

Chest+Front Delts
3 sets Flat DB Press
3 sets Incline DB Press
3 sets Incline Fly
3 sets Flat Fly
3 sets Millitary Press
3 sets DB Front Raises

Back+Side+Rear Delts
3 sets Widegrip Pullups
3 sets Deadlift
3 sets Bent Over Rows
3 sets Widegrip Puylldowns
3 sets DB Side Raises
3 sets Reverse Flys
3 sets Upright Rows

Legs
4 sets Squats
3 sets Lunges
3 sets Legs Curls
3 sets Leg Extensions
3 sets Calf Raises

Arms
3 sets Barbell Curls
3 sets Weighted Dips
3 sets Incline DB Curls
3 sets Skullcrushers
3 sets Hammer Curls
3 sets Decline DB Extensions

***I also be running first thing in the morning at least every other day and doing abs at least 3 times a week. Please everyone who reads this respond and tell me what you think about my splits, volume, exercise selection, etc....After 4 weeks I'm going to switch it up again completely pairing different muscles together and choosing some different exercises.I can't Fucking wait till tommorwow :shoot:

Why do you say this?? I'm only doing my back and side delts with my back. When you work your back, you use these two muscles as well.

I understand your point, however my shoulders will have more time to rest and recover if I just bang them out in one day rather than two. Sort of like working your chest and triceps on the same day. I know I'm somehwhat contradicting myself because I'm not working my chest and tri's or back and bi's on the same day, but I've done this in the past and have really had good results with it. What do you or anyone else think about everyhting else??
