Can someone explain the difference between soluble and insoluble fibers?
How long does it take for a complex carb like oatmeal vs. veggies to pass through my system?
Recently added oatmeal to my breakfast and now I shit twice a day...my usual morning shit and now after lunch...this shit usually relieves painful bloating.
Anyone else sort of obsessed with shitting? Mentally, I can't work out unless I shit. In fact, first thing I do when I wake up is drink a cup of coffee and 2 min. later on the crapper.
