Yeah I certainly fried them Z I can't hardly walk today. But hey pain is good!
Here what I've done today matey


Standing mil press. Do not go lower then your chin. Press well behind your head. 4x8 99lbs

Upright row 4x8 43k 94 Lbs. Good for you suga, Do not go higher then where you triceps are parallel to the floor. Also if it dosnt hurt your shoulders go with alternating wide and narrow grip. Wide= where your forarms and upper arms form a right angle. Narrow = where there is one handspace between your hands. This will provide you with very nice separation between you delts and traps.


Arnold press. 3x12[/14k Good on 8 lbs. This is for ancillary-rotater cuff.




Lat raise.

Front raises. 3x8 10k

Bent lat raise. 3x8 10k
Good on these well......except what you missed....:p


Shrugs. Various sets and weights Do these with BBL. Google Power Shrugs. 3x20 18k[/COLOR

Zed! Heres what i achieved today slight weight increase in pne week .Thur chest and back

Bench press Flat BBL. Increase your weight and go to 5x5. 112lbs

Dips 5x5.

Pull ups 5x5 only managed 2x5 again going to get a bar for home as don't think the bar in gym is the correct one for me it's not just a straight bar it's got handles popping out in different positions doesn't feel right if you know what I mean lol

Bent over rowfrom floor.4x8 110lbs

Rack pulls or Deadlifts 4x12. 110lbs

Bent over rowfrom floor.4x8 110lbs Good that you are keeping this in line with your bench. Thats what I try to do too. It keep you from getting imbalances.

Rack pulls or Deadlifts 4x12. 110lbs Really push yourself here to add all the weight you can suga. I am betting that you could do 130 Lbs next time.

Thanks yorky. Yeah I think it's pure anger driving me lol. Your numbers arnt far away from mine tho!
I have to wait till my other half is off work so she can take some for me lol I feel daft taking them myself lol.x
