Deca all at once or twice a week???

Hi fellas......My next cycle will be the standard 500 Test & 400 Deca. My question is, should I do the whole 400mgs of Deca once per week or split it up, say 200mgs on Mon & 200mgs on Thurs? Thanks for any input!

once a week is fine. what kind of test are you taking? may want to consider splinting the test up.

Agreed i like MON/THURS splits 250test/200deca

you can get away with one, but it IS best to do it twice a week
