So i've been doing the DC routine for almost 3 months now and so far i've been happy with the results. My legs have been benefitting the most though, with the increased training frequency, especially with the one heavy set, followed by a 20 rep set.
My question is, with the larger muscle recruitment involved with deadlifts (as with leg presses, squats etc), would i benefit from a heavy set then a higher rep set afterwards.
