Dbol Dosing Question...

When on cycle I do my dbol religiously in 4 hour increments throughout the day.

08:00am
12:00noon
04:00pm
08:00pm
12:00midnight

But this only lends itself to daily mg intakes that are a multiple of '5'... (50 mg per day divides up just fine)... But for example what if I'm doing 60mg per day...? Does it make any difference when the higher dosages to make up the total are taken...? (E.g. during two time slots the dosage would need to be 15mg rather than 10mg to make up the total amount within my awake time).

Please don't suggest setting an alarm clock... Cause I know in my case at least, my sleep is just as important to good cycle results as working out hard and eating big.
 
There is a point of diminishing returns to where the incremental more constant blood levels are not worth the hassle. Just take your dosage and split it up in a reasonable manner for the total mg desired. At least twice a day and preferably 3x - more is gravy if it makes it easier to divide the dosage and it fits your schedule but if it's evenly spread at least 3x you are at least pretty solid.

You can chart the concentrations fairly easily and see the effect. For a given dosage, assume 50% is out at the estimated halflife (i.e. this is what halflife means), continue to reduce the given dosage at the halflife intervals - just use an average for the increments in between if you want. Due that for each dosage and sum them up for each given hour. Plot it on a chart. You'll see why 1x leaves you hanging for a huge portion of the day, 2x is a ton better, 3x is fairly solid, and after that it only gets better but the increment becomes much smaller for each dose.
 
Try 10mg 3 times a day..or 10mg 2 times a day(or 15mg second dose if your doing 25mg a day) Like he posted spreading it out alittle all day wouldnt really have a high peak.6 hours apart worked good.
 
I take them every 3 waking hours. I spread out all my tabs. The goal is to keep the blood levels as stable as possible. That isn't going to happen if you take them all at once.
 
currently doing D-bol 20mg ED with 80mg Tren Ed, taking the D-bol every 4-6 hours as work permits 10mg am and 3x 5mg doses the rest of day and getting good pumps and no strength loss, yet I am upping the ante on my cutting cycle and trying to lose another 20lbs in 12 weeks. to take me down to 6%bf. or less.
 
So for example... I'm actually taking 50mg per day for 4wks to ramp up until my injectibles start kicking in... Would my original time schedule of 10mg 5x per day from 8am to Midnight be the best way to keep my blood levels most stable? Or would it be more beneficial to divide it up into greater quantities at shorter intervals of 3x or 4x per day?

10 mgs 5 times a day is good. That will do it.
 
Whenever i take dbol i spread it out but i have heard that all at once is a very good way to take it. I assume that you would take 25 or 30 mg pre workout?
