On my leg days i usaully do 25 reps for everything. So the build up is pretty bad, I walk around my neighborhood for 30-45 min after leg days. it seems to help me
You get better pumps from squeezing and contracting the muscle harder. Not reps/lifting heavy really. So try taking the weight down! Squeeze and contract the muscles harder for pumps. Is it really lactic acid if you get it right after 6-8 reps? Never heard of it kicking in that fast

you posted about this before regarding your shin pump problems too.. you've got something wrong where you keep getting intense pumps. this will inhibit your training in the long run
