Does anyone recommend taking this ? I have no expereince with it but read a few things and thought it seemed worth a try. Anyone have good experience with it ?

yes it works amazing pre workout at boosting pumps and performance.. take with food

I like it. It's non-stim so you can take it late at night and it won't effect sleep.
