he is been using cialis but it gives him a headache some times, I was wondering if cyvita is better than cialis and if it causes any side effects, he is 45 and so far no health issues, except low test levels causing problems with erections, but he is on testosterone now too thank you, for your help.

I personally would stick with Cialis or Viagra if you want something to increase erection hardness and sexual stamina. You can legally order Cialis and viagra as a research chemical liquid.
