just clownin with you cuz i know you been stuck at 185. I've put on 10lbs already after 4 weeks. I actually thought i was eating too much. I feel your advise you gave me on the diet side of this. However, that isn't gonna cut it when my cycle is a bulker, cuz you have carbs cut out of every meal but 3...which is creat when cutting...that'll be what i hit up in about 8-9 more weeks...

well i realize my carbs are in the 300's for the whole day...but somehow I'm still putting on weight. I feel like if I eat any more carbs it'll just be stored as fat.
 
you are getting some good advice above. My only 2 cents worth is change the whey protein to egg white protein. But thats just me. Good luck bro!
