I thought you said that you would never do Winny again after your lipid levels were trashed from your last cycle???

If you want to taper your carbs, then start off the day w/no carbs and gradually increase them until you have your highest carb meals before and after training. That will help your workouts and your recovery.

Looks good brother. I'd def do some carbs pre workout just like they all have said. Can you really bulk and cut carbs at the same time?
