It looks like the life support has the same ingredients as the cycle support. Only instead of 2 drinks its 4 pills. Are they both as effective or does the powdered cycle support work better.

Check the doseage difference between the cycle support and life support. AI does a lot of tricks with their labeling.

8 caps = 2 scoops.

Not very cost effective.

Ok thanks I went back and looked at it again I missread that for sure. I thought 4 caps= 2 scoops but you are correct.

Yup you can actually make it lost longer depending on how you dose it. You wouldnt need any other support supps with this here are the ingredients:

This looks like a good product from what I read on Orbits website.

I'm currently on the 6th week of my cycle; currently taking:
3,000mg's fish oil per day
500mg's cranberry extract
400mg's milk thisle
500mgs saw palmetto

A few questions:

-Would AI cycle support cover all my bases listed above (with the exception of the fish oil)?
-I've heard of Red Yeast Rice, what exactly does it do?
-What is NAC?

Damn it now that was a question I could have answered lol. My vote goes to cycle support by AI. Get the chocolate and just put it in a shake and get it down as fast as u can.

dam wish i would have seen that before i bought it, it says on bottle to run 2 servings a day 4 pills total which is just 1 scoop, should i up the dose to 8 pills a day or is that pussing it cuz i dont wana take like 20 dam pills a day
