cycle seems to have peaked?????

forget the scale with Dbol.

you used dbol with your cycle. that means you will gain alot of water really quickly. so basically what happened, is you gained weight fast, and now that you're off the dbol you're wondering why you're not gaining anymore...well, you're not gaining anymore water. that's it. nothing to be concerned about here. just keep protien intake up, and rigorous workout schedule, and you'll see muscle gain coming out under all that water.

P.S. bread is not empty cals, it's mostly carbs. Beer is what has empty cals.

This is why I like 6 week cycles. Anything after that is just maintenance and a waste of gear in my opinion.
 
I must admit I'm a little hungry and I never get completely stuffed. At the weekends and when I get home I can fill my face, but while at work I can only eat what I take.

I'm going to add two more eggs in the morning and throw in a tin of tuna at night. I'll also look at changing my excercises for all body parts.

I'm measuring my gains weekly but I look more towards my arms (lets face it everybody grabs your arms to see how your doing), just before I came off D-bol they were just over 15.5, now they are exactly 15.5. I started at 14.5 but I was hoping to gain two inches on the arms. Is that not possible? Ideally I want 16.5"
 
I definatly think you need to up you protein and carb intake by simply making you meals larger. replace some of the shakes with real vitamins and minerals, like fruits and veges. And instead of bringing just that shake to work boil some eggs and bring them to work with it.

But bottom line is dont be so hesitant to eat. Arnold alway said "if you wanna build muscle you gotta eat."

This is very commonn --and something a lot of people either don't understand or refuse to accept.

Like any drug, the body develops a tolerance to steroids. Forget all that up-regulation horeshit. Steroids lose some of their effectiveness after 3 weeks, which is right around the point where the HPTA begins to quickly supress, which means...TA DA! 3 weeks cycles make the most sense!

You do the math. You've gained 18 pounds on your cycle. At least 6 of those pounds is water and maybe one pound is fat. That leaves 11 pounds of muscle. Once you go off, within 2 months you can expect to lose another 5 pounds. That leaves a gain of about 6 pounds, tops.

You could have gained 6 pounds on a 3 week cycle. Kept it. And still had a dick afterward.
