forget the scale with Dbol.
you used dbol with your cycle. that means you will gain alot of water really quickly. so basically what happened, is you gained weight fast, and now that you're off the dbol you're wondering why you're not gaining anymore...well, you're not gaining anymore water. that's it. nothing to be concerned about here. just keep protien intake up, and rigorous workout schedule, and you'll see muscle gain coming out under all that water.
P.S. bread is not empty cals, it's mostly carbs. Beer is what has empty cals.
