cycle seems to have peaked?????

I'm on my sixth week on my cycle. On a little bit of a downer, I ain't gained much now for about two weeks. Heres my cycle.

1- 5 wks D-bol 35mg
1-4 wks sust 500mg
1-8wks Deca 200mg
5-8 wks sust 250mg

I'm not feeling as strong, its as if I'm not even on anything! I was waiting for it to kick in on the fourth week and I don't think it has. What I weighed on my 3rd fouth week is what I weigh now!

I used to weigh 188lbs and now weigh 206lbs, but give or take a couple lbs I'm still weighing the same. My weights haven't really increased as much as the either.

I personally think the d-bol is the one thats only worked. I also haven't "00" shrunk to "oo". :)

What is wrong?

is it possible I've injected too far into the muscle and its missed????

I'm clueless.

Please advise.
 
how much protein are you eating? and how often, you can't make yourself 1 300grm shake. But you probally know that.

Sometimes it feels I plateau during a cycle, and I know it's time to change my workout routine. And I mean totally change it, don't just switch the day you do arms, or add an extra exercise.

When I do that, suddenly my gains start exploding again.
 
Well i'm eating plenty, between 3,600 cals to 4,000 kals with 280 to 320 protein. This includes three protein shakes with all aminos etc.

I thought sus was really powerful, it just seems that the d-bol did all the growing and it seems i'm on maintenance.

are you sure I should change all my excersises to "Shock and awe"?
 
What is your Protien, Carb, Fat breakdown!! If you are not consuming enough protein or your diet is not in tact then it will cause your gains to mild. I see many people not gaining properly and then complaining that the product they are taking is garbage and all other kinds of reasons but in fact the real reason is their diet!! Diet in my perspective is number 1and most important!!
 
first off bro too dont forget you already gained 18lbs!!! you aint just going to put on 50lbs...

my first cycle was sust and i did an 8 weeker and kept 15lbs...

My diet is 400 carbs 320 protein and 70 fat.

I understand diet is important, I eat regular as well every 3-4 hours.

My average daily diet

8:00am a bowl of porridge, two eggs, whey protein shake mixed milk.

10:00am a protein shake with 300 ml milk

1:00pm half roast chicken breast, small bowl pasta, pint of milk

4:00pm just now two egg sandwiches

6:00pm proper meal (bologneise, chicken curry, fish and salad, whatever the misses cooks)

10:00pm protein shake with pint milk, bowl porridge.

should I increase the protein?
 
your protein should be ok, i try and do about 400 grms myself. But it's hard to.

I am still thinking you may need to mix up your routine a bit.
 
I think that you should cut down on some of the protein shakes and replace them with food!! Also, cut back on the bread and replace it with some complex carbs because bread is just empty calories!! Definitely add more protein to your diet because by the looks of it to get to where you want you are gonna need more then what your are consuming. This is what I would change from the looks of your diet and I think it should help.

P.s How can you not be hungry from eating all those small meals?? I would be starving!!
 
what do you mean bread is empty calories? i have been eating some whole wheat bread during the day, whats wrong with that?
