My stats are all on my profile, and most of the guys who have been on EF for some time know me already but see below
Age: Old enough to cycle, for sure
Height: 1.81m (somewhere between 5'11" and 6'0")
Weight: 196lbs
%BF: 16%
Training: More than a decade already
Current diet ratio - Protein:Fat:Carbs - 25:20:55
I am looking at the following cycle, and I think it's going to be a decent one:
Wk 1-4: DBol @ 40mg/day Mo-Fri
Wk 5-9: Sust @ 700mg/wk pinning Mon, add Aromasin/Nolva and HCG from Wk 6
Wk 8-12: Cyp @ 500mg/wk, pinning 250mg Mon & Thu
Wk 8-12: Deca @ 700mg/wk pinning 350mg Mon & Thu
OR
Wk 8-17: Cyp @ 250mg/wk pinning 125mg Mon & Thu
Wk 8-17: Deca @ 350mg pinning 350mg Mon
Decent PCT in place
I am changing my diet for this cycle as well, changing the ratios as required. As soon as my uncle sends my gift, I'll start updating the thread on here as needed including weekly pictures.
