Cycle of abuse

Great transformation bro! Yes it's wrong what you did, just send me your cycle and you will be forgiven lol.
 
Actually I stopped the cardio I was doing when that pic was taken in an effort to "bulk up" but since im still quite a noob it didnt go as planned and now im missing my cardio days but since im currently "on" and have alot of calories to try and put down everyday cardio isnt in the cards till im done. The tranformation was def life changing and the physical aspect was nothing compared to the mental change that occured.

Currently doing

500mg sust 1-10wk
400mg deca 1-10wk(thinkin maybe 8 now cause of such a long half life)
30(something) dbols 1-5wk
hgh 10-12 (not sure dosage yet)
nolva 10-12 20mg
clomid 12-15 50mg

Actually I met my wife when I was about 140lbs, addicted to drugs and working a serious self destruction tip...she saw something nobody else did and turned me around so I figure that warranted some nuptials :p

My diet is far from perfect but what I was eating before will explain my heavy weight in the beginning

Here was a typical day @ 5'9 210lbs 30% bf totally sedantary

breakfast
-Piece of diary queen ice cream cake(im not joking)

Lunch
-2 pizza pops or 2 mini pizzas
-3-4 creamsicles

Dinner
-Giant helping of lasagna

After dinner (this is where it gets sick)
-more ice cream cake
-pie
-more creamsicles (maybe 4-6)

Basically you can see I had more than a little bit of a sweet tooth

This diet and 6 days a week of cardio (30min 70%mhr type stuff running,elliptical) on top of my lifting took me to 160lbs 10% bf

Breakfast
-bowl of honey nut cheerios
-english muffin with low fat jam

(workout,cardio)
Lunch
-6oz chicken breast
-salad (no dressing)

Snacks throughout the day
6-8 cheese rice puffs (little puffed up cracker type things)8=60 calories
-granny smith apple
-cut up celery,carrots,green peppers

Dinner
-12oz chicken breast
-1/2 cup corn pieces
-1/2 cup peas
(am not a fan of vegetables but this I can handle)

I no longer follow this diet since it takes alot of dedication and I mistakenly thought more mass=more muscle (see above post) When im done my cycle I am going back to something similiar though im not going to be as strict I dont think, at least not at first
