how old are you?
you been training hard for years but only weigh 155 pounds.. i don't get it. we need to work on your diet before anything .. how many calories are you bringing in everyday? are you doing too much cardio or do you have a labor type job? if not then your diet needs a lot of work.
proper nutrition is important with a deca cycle or you won't get enough out of it and it will be a waste. also mixing nolva with deca is for lack of a better word, risky. but hey go for it for a first cycle and learn the hard way.
oh and yes i have experience with that cycle, i've run it twice actually. its a cycle that is parroted around the internet world as a bulker, the same way people have parroted running nolva as a pct with it. (probably where you got your info from)
