I have gotten a lot of advise and read a lot of different posts as to what would be the best way to shed some fat. Before i ask my questions ill give you every stat i can think of....

5"9" @ 195ish (I dont really use a scale)
I have no clue as to BF%

My cutting diet (I think) is spot on. As follows:
7am:1 cup oatmeal
11am: Chicken breast & 2 Egg whites
3pm: 1/2cup yogurt & 1/2cup cottage cheese combined
7pm: Chicken/fish and either green beans or brocolli(usually cooked in EVOO with onions and garlic)
9pm: ON Pro complex protien with skim milk and a tablespoon of PB

Training:
4 Day split
Monday chest and tri's
Wednesday back and bi's
Friday shoulders and light tri's
Sunday Legs and light bi's
Cardio 35-40 minutes 6-7 days a week

Goals:
To lose the last bit of fat i have around my waist. Keeping in mind i was a fat ass about 6 years ago. 260ish @ 5'9" so this effin spare tire i have is getting old!

Advise given:
Run 250mg test suspension 12 weeks with Clen/T3(Proper clen/T3 cycling of course)

Run Straight Anavar for 12 weeks(I wasn't a big fan of this suggestion)

Straight ECA, Tons of cardio and keep lifting

Now to my question:
I have read a lot on clen/T3 and i cannot find/figure out what happens to the thyroid when you stop the T3. Does it just "bounce back"? Or is is it more like PCT and having to use chlomid to jump start the nuts after using test? Im a little sketchy about maybe shutting down my thyroid permanently!Any info there would be great!

Now, will 250 a week need PCT and should i run nolva on such a low dose? Will i be bloated? ect ect ect. Keep in mind i wanna be be as lean as possible!

Thanks in advance for your input!!!!!

i would add a lot more lean protein. mostly from sea food

I knew i'd forget something. 2 sometimes 3 Days a week tuna from the can @ 11am(to remind me how good chicken tastes lol) . And saturday is cheat day usually just dinner....

that is NOT even close enough food!!!! and you will feel and know exactly what im talking about when you are at the gym and feel tired, washed up, not motivated... Even on a cutting diet you need, some lean quality protein with every meal and some complex carbs... remember thats what fuels your workouts... you just have to EAT CLEAN!!! but you have to EAT! and before jumping into a cycle... what is your cycle history?? and why not tweak your diet a little better before you jump onto AAS?

No Cycle history! Well, clen a couple years ago but i dont really consider that an AAS. And honeslty dont think i did it right. Im open for suggestions with anything, INCLUDING diet! What needs to be added taken away ect. Ill post a recent pic from last summer so you guys can get a better idea of what i need to lose....

My effin spare tire

Hope i did the links right

Don't use the AAS...

What is your BP and resting heart rate?? If it is high, stay away from ECA, if it isn't, eat clean and use ECA for a month and then come off.

wow well.. first congrats on your transformation bro... keep up the good work... keep your protein source from chicken breasts, fish, salmon, turkey, low fat cottage cheese, egg whites, your carbs brown rice, sweet potatoes, potatoes, couscous, pasta (whole grain) i keep my meals balanced 45/35/20... and cannot forget your fats, nuts, oilive oils, flax oils, penut butter... eat small meals balanced this way, 45% of it from carbs, 35 protein and 20 fats... and your body will adapt and speed up its metabolism, that with the cardio you are doing now... should do the trick... if you dont see enough progress as you would like, than tighten up your diet a little, be a little more strict, little more cardio, and make sure to keep drinking water... and dont forget your basic ed needs: multiv, your aminos ects ects...

and the key is consistency also, remember when you use the word diet, you already programed it in your mind that it is "temp" eating healthy and working and transforming your body is a way of life... g luck bro... id stay off the aas for now, and work on the diet

agreed. I wouldnt use suspension to cut. You need to find your base line of cals, need to up protein big. I would focus on macro nutrients to help 180 grams of carbs 70 grams of fat, 350 grams of protein. something like that
