Last thing do i have to worry about my liver at all during this cycle should i be on liver support or is none of this toxic to the liver also is it recommended to do cardio when woken up on a empty stomach then later on when i work out do cardio again after the workout? And should i do it every day or just the 5 days that i train at the gym?
LMAO... you've said last thing like a million times bro... you take it everyday... sarms do not need liver support... fasted cardio is a good option to burn fat but just doing cardio is going to be a great benefit... you need to mix things up and shock your body... that's how you can continue to make progress... you need to be doing endurance and hiit if your after weight loss and cutting... you incorporate them both into your cardio routine and constantly be mixing things up and you will see a lot of progress...
