Split it up into 3 doses (upon waking prior to morning cardio, in the afternoon, and early evening), I found the sweet spot was to dose it every 4 hours so I dosed mine at 10am 1pm and 5pm and plan your meals around your dosing so you dose it 30 mind before a meal, btw you need to work up to that dose never jump right into it, it is a very powerful stim, start the first day with 6mg total then the next with 8mg then the next with 10mg then the next with 12mg and do the 12mg for 1.5weeks the adjust your dose from there, never jump more then 2mg at a time though, also your gonna need to wean your body off of it at the end of you cycle so lets say you were dosing 20mg you last day for the next 2 days use that dose then drop it 2mg and continue to do so every 2 days till you get to 0, from there take 500mg of green tea extract and l-tyrosine twice a day and slowly wean yourself off that, trust me on this I went cold turkey on this stuff and it sucked my head was in so much pain and I still get mild headaches so while this may seem like a pain it's worth it and this stuff is worth using cause if your diet is spot on you it will make you shredded!

For the first week after you finish weaning yourself off the albuterol take 500mg green tea extract twice a day and 500mg of l-tyrosine at the same time your take your green tea ten after that week go down to once a day and by the third week just take them as needed
