i have a few options i'm thinking about for a cutting routine and looking for opinions.
A--- one body part a day (chest,back,arms,legs,shoulders) 5-6 sets/bodypart. 2 days on 1 day off
cardio 5/6 x's per week at 45 min with changing intensity
B--- same weightlifting as above
cardio 2/3 x's per wk @ 20 min
sprints 2/3 x's per wk
C--- interval training (??)
may have to incorporate more than 1 body part a day but keep only 5/6 sets per workout
after doing a set of let's say lat bar pull down's
no rest
go immediately to pully row's
no rest
go immediately to barbell bicep curls
keeping an increased heart rate
rest a bit after maybe 3 sets.. then start again
