I understand diet is a major portion of leaning out, but wanted to know if there was anything pro hormone or OTC wise that would help.
I've done 2 cycles of Havoc and got great bulking results, but not so concerned with size now as just leaning out while retaining muscle.
I don't like diet type supplements with stimulants or thermagenics. I sweat enough to begin with and the stimulants make me like a crack head.
Any suggestions?
